Terms of Service

By accessing or using the TaxCoach Global platform (“Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use the Service.

TaxCoach Global provides an online platform to assist businesses with European tax registration services, including VAT, OSS, EORI, and EPR registrations. We act as a registered agent facilitating these processes on your behalf.

Our services constitute administrative assistance only and do not constitute legal or financial advice. We strongly recommend consulting a qualified tax professional for advice specific to your circumstances.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information during registration
• Keep your contact details and company information up to date
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorised access to your account
• Not share your account with third parties

You warrant that all information and documents you submit through the platform are accurate, complete, and genuine. Submitting false information to tax authorities is a criminal offence. We accept no liability for registrations rejected or penalties imposed due to inaccurate information you have provided.

Our service fees are communicated to you at the point of service engagement. Government registration fees (where applicable) are separate and are the client's responsibility. All fees are exclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.

All content on the TaxCoach Global platform, including text, graphics, logos, and software, is the exclusive property of TaxCoach Global and protected by copyright law. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our written consent.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, TaxCoach Global shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability to you shall not exceed the fees paid by you in the 12 months preceding the claim.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you breach these Terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or if required by law. You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us at support@taxcoach.global.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Poland. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Warsaw, Poland.
